中国热带农业“走出去”面临的机遇与挑战分析

摘 要 总结了世界热带农业国家发展的农业特点及政策环境，分析了中国热带农业“走出去”的优先地理区位。从政策环境、农业技术、农业发展、经济发展、国家战略等方面着重分析中国热带农业“走出去”面临的机遇；最后阐释世界热带农业发展面临挑战的主导因素、特点与问题，从世界热带农业发展的角度剖析中国热带农业“走出去”面临的包括海外市场、国际投资、海外经营、项目资金、国家支持等挑战因素。 关键词 热带农业 ；“走出去”；机遇 ；挑战 中图分类号 S-0

Abstract This research summarizes characteristics of agriculture and policy environments in tropical agriculture countries in the world， and analyzed priority of geographic location on Chinese tropical agriculture's“Go out”strategy. This paper also analyzed its developing opportunities from policy environments， farming techniques， agricultural development， economic development and national strategy. Finally， the article explained the challenge for the future agricultural development. From the tropical agriculture development point of view， overseas market， international investment， overseas operations， project-funding and national support were anatomized and investigated in the challenge on Chinese tropical agriculture's“Go out”strategy.
