Mary and Peter were having a picnic near a river when Mary noticed something flying overhead. “look” she shouted to her friends, “ That’s a spaceship over there and it’s going to land here.”
Frightened by the strange silver colored spaceship, most of the young people ran into their cars and drove away quickly. Peter and Mary were close to the spaceship. I was abandoned (抛弃) at a very young age, being homeless. I found myself just walking around the streets looking for food and a shelter. I couldn’t believe anyone or any animal who crossed my path. It was a very lonely life.
One day when I was looking for food, a lady named Cheryl started to come my way. My first feeling was not to run away, and I couldn’t explain it. But this was the first time I felt safe. So my new life began with Cheryl and her husband Jim.
