P(P3,Q2)第一点有功为P1,第二点有功为P2,0(P1,Q1)第三点有功为P3,第一二点无功为Q1,
(P2,Q1)第三点无功为Q2,失励切换无功增量为Δ

当Q大于低励闭锁无功值时,程序将不再做低励限制及保护计算。When Q is larger than reactive power value which blocking under excitation limit, program will not be under excitation limit and protecting calculation.
