民营企业人才流失问题及对策研究
——以A企业为例的分析
论文提要
随着我国民营企业的不断兴起和发展,企业市场竞争中人才的竞争日益激烈,这导致很多民营企业发展中存在较为突出的人才流失问题,需要引起重视。
本文研究主要以A企业的员工流失问题为对象,对当前A企业员工流失的现状进行简要描述后,分析降低员工流失率对于A企业的重要性;结合A企业员工离职申请的原因,对A企业员工流失的现状进行分析;再次,结合其员工流失现状,分析导致员工流失的主要原因;最后,针对限制A企业员工忠诚度的因素制定解决方案,希望能够通过构建合理激励、打造良好职业生涯规划和提升企业文化宣传等促进企业员工流失率的下降,促进企业更好发展。

Abstract
With the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises that the competition of the talents has became intense and this made some of the enterprise have the problem of the brain drain and need to be attention.
This study make the staff loss in the company of Xinmenzi as the object to introduce the staff loss in the company and analysis the importance that to reduce the staff loss. Then analysis the characteristics combined with the reasons in the resignation. Thirdly, analysis the reasons which leaded the loss of the staff in the company. Finally, according to the reasons which limited the supply of the staff to make the countermeasures including to build the incentive, the career planning and the culture of the enterprise in order to reduce the loss of the staff and to promote the development of the company.
