II 煤制乙二醇中杂质的检测

摘要:乙二醇作为重要的石油化工基础原料,主要用于生产聚酯纤维、聚酯塑料、防冻剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等,在炸药、涂料和油墨等行业也有使用,并且其可衍生出 100 多种化工品,用途广泛。随我国经济的迅猛发展,乙二醇需求量逐年提高,预计 2015 年我国乙二醇需求将达到 1120 万吨,生产能力约500万吨,供需缺口仍达620 万吨。因此,我国乙二醇生产新技术的开发应用具有很好的市场前景。乙二醇的紫外透光率能灵敏地反映出乙二醇的质量状况,然而煤制乙二醇的紫外透光率却普遍不能达标,这说明煤制乙二醇比传统石油工艺生产的乙二醇杂质成分更复杂,所以检测煤制乙二醇中影响紫外透光率的杂质对煤制乙二醇生产工艺及扩大生产具有重要的意义。

本文论述了煤制乙二醇的合成方法、分离方法及气相色谱法检测煤制乙二醇中的杂质。

III Analysis of Impurity in Coal-based Ethylene Glycol

Abstract: Ethylene glycol as a foundation for important petroleum chemical raw materials, is mainly used for the production of polyester fibers, polyester plastic, antifreeze, lubricants, plasticizer, etc., in powder, paint and ink industries also used, and it can be spawned more than 100 chemicals, widely used. With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand of ethylene glycol increased year by year, and is expected to reach 11.2 million tons of ethylene glycol demand in China in 2015. Therefore, ethylene glycol production for the development of new technology of ethylene glycol, uv transmittance of Coal-based ethylene glycol, of coal-based ethylene glycol is more complex than traditional oil technology production of ethylene glycol. So the detection of impurities influence ultraviolet transmittance in coal-based ethylene glycol is of great significance to the production technology and expand production

This article discusses the Coal-based ethylene glycol synthesis, separation method and gas chromatography of detecting the impurities that Coal-based ethylene glycol.
