浅析家族式企业顺利交接的现实意义
摘要:近年来,家族企业进入交接高峰,“家族式交接”已成为现阶段重要的经济现象。但家族企业在权利的代际传续过程中存在着许多制约和阻碍,交接人的选择和企业的平稳过渡是权利交接过程中的重点研究对象。总的来说家族企业的接续问题,涉及到企业的所有权分配、兄弟姐妹接班、家族企业从业人员的职业发展、家族企业成员的冲突解决、家族企业的财产计划规划等各个方面问题。本文通过分析家族式企业权利交接的现状和代际传续过程中所面临的问题。并针对这些问题找到解决方案和对策。从家族企业权力交接的涵义和类型出发,对我国家族企业运行的外部环境和中国家族企业交接在的障碍进行了分析。然后重点分析了我国家族式企业顺利交接的现实意义。

This paper through analyzing present situation of family-owned businesses handover of power and the intergenerational preach renewal process the problem faced. And in the light of these problems finding solutions and countermeasures. From family enterprise handover, starting the definition and types of Chinese family business operation of the external environment and the Chinese family business handover in obstacle is analyzed. Then the key analyzes the smooth transition of family-owned businesses practical significance.
