关于产业集群竞争力的主要理论述评

产业分工任务，形成有竞争力的产业，需要发展中国家高度重视。竞争优势理论非常强调产业集群对于企业和产业创造竞争优势的重要性。产业集群所形成的规模经济、范围经济、高度专业化分工、降低交易费用等，能够提升产业的竞争力和强化集群区域的竞争优势。产业集群竞争力是指在国内和国际市场竞争中，整个产业集群的表现或地位。主要表现在两方面:一方面通过集群内企业间的合作与竞争以及群体协同效应，可以获得诸多经济效率方面的竞争优势；另一方面，通过支撑机构和企业间的相互作用，形成一个区域创新系统，提升整个集群的创新和竞争能力。产业集群竞争力并不同于群内企业竞争力的简单加总，群内企业竞争力的形成是因为利用集群的优势而加强。产业集群竞争力也不同于区域产业竞争力，虽然两者都有涉及内部企业的相互关系及相关产业和辅助产业的状况，但是产业集群是一个联系更为紧密的，类似生物有机体的动力系统。随着人们对产业集群理论研究的不断深入，产业集群竞争力理论也不断趋于完善，并不断为全球化背景下的区域发展提供新的政策和管制思路。产业集群竞争力理论随着产业集群的不断发展而相应地演变成系统的理论体系。 竞争优势理论非常强调产业集群对于企业和产业创造竞争优势的重要性。但必须指出的是，在违背比较优势的经济发展战略下，一个具有良好发展前景的产业集群是很难出现的。相反，在那些符合经济比较优势的产业获利的可能性高，投资的企业会很多，分工也就可以比较细，新的相关或者支持性企业将不断出现，产业集群的出现也就是一件非常自然的事情。比较优势是竞争优势的基础和必要条件。只有充分发挥经济的比较优势，企业和产业的竞争优势才能出现。 主要参考文献
