塔设备设计示例
(1)塔板的选型
由以上比较,综合考虑塔板的效率、分离效果和设备的成本、维修等,我们初步选择筛板。 (2)物性参数
提取Aspen plus各塔板上的物性参数,选取塔板上气液相负荷最大的第11块塔板进行手工计算和校核,然后再用KG-TOWER进行软件计算,通过比较来检查计算的正确性。第11块塔板物性参数如表7-11所示,各塔板上的物性参数如表7-11所示。

(3)塔径计算
塔板间距HT的选取与塔高、塔径、物性性质、分离效率、操作弹性以及塔的安装、检修等因素有关。设计时通常根据塔径的大小,由表7-13列出的塔板间距的经验数值选取。
