摘要：随着世界经济一体化的不断发展，在我国中小企业也在不断快速成长，是我国经济增长的主要动力。但同时市场竞争也非常激烈，中小企业相对大企业制度不够完善，管理也不够不规范，这些都容易造成财务风险和经营风险。而且中小企业规模小、资本实力不足，其抗风险能力相对较弱。所以为了确保我国中小企业持续经营发展和促进国家经济平稳发展，必须保障中小企业经济地位，重视中小企业财务风险的控制。本文主要介绍财务风险相关知识，并且对国内中小企业财务风险现状和暴露的一些问题进行了相关的分析，也对企业加强财务风险控制提出了一些建议，理论永远的建立在实践的基础上的，同时理论也必须通过实践来不断完善和提高，希望通过这次的分析和总结，能够对加强中小企业财务风险防范提供一些帮助。 关键词：财务风险；控制；分析；防范

Abstract: With the continuous development of world economic integration, small and medium enterprises in
