新中式居住区景观设计讨论

摘要：近年来随着生活水平的提升、住宅市场化的深入，居住区户外环境景观越来越受到居住者和舆论的关注。由于房地产的起起落落，促使开发商转变其经营理念。新的时代背景及功能要求下，“中而新”和“现代中式”艺术、建筑以及家具风格的相继出现，引领了新中式风格的园林景观的兴起，新中式景观倡导传统园林文化与现代住宅景观设计相结合，用传承与重构思想把中式与西式完美融合，从而创造出真正的有中国特色的当代居住区景观。

针对本文所研究的新中式景观建设现状，对近些年国内所涌现的代表性作品分析其居住区景观设计主要的设计思路、方法以及优缺点，探寻新中式景观的设计手法。通过对现有成熟案例的整体空间规划布局、景观要素设计和细节设计等方面的分析研究，将其新中式景观的设计特征与手法进行归纳总结。

Abstract:In recent years, with life level of ascension, the depth of the housing market, residential outdoor environment landscape has been the inhabitants and the concern of the public opinion. Due to the ups and downs of real estate, developers are prompted to change its business philosophy.With new era background and functional requirement, “Chinese and new” and “modern Chinese style” art, architecture and furniture style of arise, lead the new Chinese style of the rise of the landscape, the new Chinese style of community landscape advocate traditional garden culture and modern residential landscape design, combining with the inheritance and reconstruct the Chinese and western thought the perfect combination, so as to create the real by Chinese characteristics of modern residential landscape.

This paper studies the new Chinese-style community landscape and analysis in recent years that emerged in the representative work of its residential landscape design the main ideas, technique, advantages and disadvantages. To sum up the main design technique, through the existing mature case integral space layout, the landscape elements design and detail design features and its technique are summarized.

1 研究背景

随着我国经济的长期快速发展，人们生活水品日益提高，国家对住房政策改革的不断完善，居民对居住功能、居住环境等多方面都提出了更高级、更新颖的要求。从满足单纯居住的需求到追求居住的人性化、舒适化、科技化的深层需求；从关注绿地率、容积率等硬性规划指标到优美的户外环境景观、和谐的邻里关系
