Begining ＠张妙 First , I want to ask you some questions . Have you heard of the Buckingham Palace? Do you know who live in there now? What about the Imperial Palace in our country?

Then let me introduce something about architecture for you briefly .Architecture is not only the precipitation【沉淀】 of human civilization,but also the carrier【载体】 of human civilization. The human beings started to build architectures in order to have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant place to inhabit. It is been ten thousand years since our ancestors started to use primitive materials to build hunches. Architectures are important part of man’s history, representing the value

and emotion of human beings. Architectures reflect the relationship between man and man as well as man and nature.

As we all known, chinese and west have different regions history and culture, also have different architecture philosophy【哲学】 Meanwhile, the chinese people and westerns also have differences on aesthetic standards character and temperament 【气质，性情】

All these impact the local arts of architectural design.

So there are many differences between chinese and western architecture.

Today ,take the example of the Buckingham Palace and the Imperial Palace,we will show you the differences
