Last year, when I was trying to decide if to study overseas,I talked to my friend. This was the better thing I could have done. This was a big decision for me because I had ever been overseas on my own and I was not sure if I could do it. She had studied overseas previous year. She told me about the challenges and opportunity I might come across and help me make the right decision. I went and it was amazed.

Whenever I face with an important decision, I seek advice from another. In this way, I am well-informed but have the benefit of their ideas and experiences.

Last summer, I was invited to a Chinese summer camp. I had a great time there because I made many friends with other countries. The camp covered a variety of programs, ranged from learning daily Chinese to Chinese history and traditional culture. In a party, we take turns to make a self-introduction in the English. However, I was so shy to speak before other people. I stood there for five minute without saying anything, which made me feel very embarrassing. When I finally opened my mouth, someone couldn’t help laughing at my poorly English. I couldn’t feel anything except my face was burning. It was then that we decided to practise spoken English.

How are you getting along? I don’t think this is a good idea to travel a lot and visit as many place as possible. Last July Bell paid a visit on Europe. Europe was very beautiful, but his holiday wasn’t very nicely. He visited several countries, and was in each of the countries for only three days. He visited a good many places of interest, but was always in hurry. Though he returned from Europe, he was very tired. So I suggest that you spent your holiday in a different way. We had better travel with a friend to one country and to visit only one city at a time. You’ll be able to have a good time.

The world seems to be facing two problem. One is that too many people are dangerous over-weighted. This type of problem called obesity(肥胖症). Obesity is when a person have more than 25-30 percent of body fat. The other problem is a illness called anorexia(厌食症). This is when people are dangerously thin; we are less than 85% of their normal body weight. All of these problems are very serious because of the body cannot work properly when it is too fat or too thin. The heart, liver, kidneys and lungs will not be able to keep the body health.

People can die from illnesses causing by being too fat or too thin.
