摘 要
我国的民办高等教育伴随着30余年的改革开放,得到了迅猛的发展和长足的进步,越来越成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。尤其是国家批准5所民办院校具备招收硕士研究生教育资格,更是将我国的民办高等教育事业向前推进了一大步。但是,长期以来一直困扰着民办高校发展的一些问题,诸如师资队伍不稳定、管理理念、管理水平和管理效率低下的问题依然没有得到较好的解决。这种现象的存在已经与当前国家对民办高校发展的要求,以及社会公众对民办高校的期待不相适应。近些年来,随着社会的发展进步以及我国高等教育发展进程中出现的一些新情况和新问题,我国高校教师人事制度改革一直在稳步推进,但是,高校教师的绩效考核体系特别是民办院校的教师绩效考核体系已经与不断发展的教育管理体制和教育规律不相适应,甚至阻碍学校的师资队伍建设和管理。
因此,如何对现有的教师绩效考核体系进行系统的优化和重订,以便更好地满足和适应不断发展的教育实际,增强学校的竞争力和凝聚力,就显得非常关键。
本论文在介绍研究背景、研究目的和意义的基础上,概括和梳理了国内外高校绩效考核的研究成果。界定了绩效考核的相关概念,包括绩效、绩效考核、民办高校教师、民办高校教师绩效考核的概念等。以A民办高校为例,介绍了民办高校绩效考核的现状,剖析了民办高校绩效考核存在的问题,指出了A民办高校绩效考核存在问题的原因。结合A民办高校实际,依据绩效考核理论,建立了A民办高校绩效考核指标体系,并通过实证研究给予了研究,以期望为相关研究提供借鉴。

Abstract
Private higher education in China has been accompanied by the reform and opening up to more than 30 years, and has obtained the rapid development and great progress, and has become an important part of higher education system in China. In particular, the state approved the Xijing University and other 5 private colleges have to recruit graduate students education qualification, but also to promote China's private higher education forward a big step. However, the problems of the development of private colleges and universities, the management idea, the management level and the efficiency of management have not been solved. The existence of this phenomenon has been with the current state of the development of private colleges and universities, as well as the public's expectations of private colleges and universities are not compatible. In recent years, with the development and progress of the society and our country higher education development in the process of some new situations and new problems, my teachers in the university personnel system reform has been steadily, however, the performance appraisal system for teachers in Colleges and universities especially private college teacher performance appraisal system has with the continuous development of education management system and the law of education does not adapt, and even hinder the school teachers team construction and management.
Therefore, how the existing performance appraisal system for teachers of system optimization, in order to better meet and adapt to the continuous development of education practice, enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of the school, it is very critical.
This thesis is based on the introduction of research background, purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of university performance evaluation. Defines the related concepts of performance evaluation, including performance, performance assessment, private colleges and universities, private colleges and universities, the concept of performance evaluation of teachers, etc.. Taking A private colleges and universities as an example, this paper introduces the present situation of the performance evaluation of private colleges and universities, analyzes the problems existing in the performance evaluation of private colleges and universities, and points out the reasons of the problems in the performance evaluation of A private colleges. Combined with a reality of civilian run colleges and universities. On the basis of the theory of performance appraisal, established a private college performance appraisal index system, and through empirical study of, with the expectation of providing a reference for the related research.
