摘要

本次实训主要是锻炼我们的实操能力。通过了解交换机结构、通过维护终端查号、利用仿真交换机软件进行基于电话语音卡的小总机服务系统和成绩查询系统，主要分为六个部分。

第一部分，交换机硬件认识。交换机常用型号为国产的大唐SP30、中兴ZXJ-10、华为08机，进口朗讯、西门子EWXP等，本次实训使用的是大唐SP30。交换机主要由数字交换网络、用户模块、数字中继器、中央处理机、信令设备、I/O端口、存储器等。

第二部分，维护终端的认识。维护与操作终端简称维护台或维护终端，它与交换机的关系是“后台”与“前台”的关系。维护与操作终端一般采用PC，通过RS-232接口与程控交换机的维握护I/O接口连接。程控交换机的维护I/O接口提供了维护人员访问系统软件的入口。

第三部分，配线架结构、连接电路、色谱线序。配线架用于终端用户线或中继线，并能对它们进行调配连接的设备。

第四部分，仿真交换机软件。在电脑上利用仿真交换机软件模拟交换机工作原理。

第五部分，基于电话语音卡的小总机服务系统。将用户交换机接入本地电话网相应的端局下面可实现用户交换机的分级用户与公用网上的用户进行电话通信。

第六部分，基于电话语音卡的成绩查询系统。电话语音查询系统的工作流程是用户拨通电话语音查询系统的热线电话，并根据电话中的语音提示，通过按电话键来查询电脑中存储的各种信息，电脑自动对用户的操作进行应答，并以语音形式将信息反馈给用户。

Abstract

This training is training the practical ability. By understanding the Exchange structure and maintaining Terminal directory, using switches to small telephone exchange service based on voice card software system and score inquiry system, is divided into six parts.

The first part, theswitch hardware awareness. Switch commonly used models for the domestic Datang SP30, greater China, ZTE ZXJ-10, Huawei 08, imports such as Lucent, Siemens EWXP, this practical training using Datang SP30. Switch consists of digital switching networks, the user module, digital repeaters, central processor, signaling devices, I/O ports, memory, and so on.

The second part, maintain awareness of the Terminal. Maintenance and operation of the Terminal for short maintenance or maintenance Terminal, its relationship to the switch are \the scenes\and \Maintenance and operation of the Terminal usually uses the PC, through the RS-232 interface d grip retaining I/O interface connection to the PABX. PBX maintenance I/O interface provides the entrance to the maintenance personnel to access the system software.

The third part, the distribution frame structure, connection, color line sequence. Patch panels for end user line or trunk, leveling them and connected devices.

The forth part, the simulation of the switch software. In the computer simulation of switch software analog switch works.

The fifth part, small switchboard service system based on telephone voice card. PABX access local telephone networks, the end user switches below the corresponding classification user telephone communication with the public Internet users.

The sixth part, the score inquiry system based on telephone voice card. Telephone inquiry system workflow that users dial telephone inquiry system of hotlines and telephone voice prompt by pressing the phone keys to query information stored in the computer, the computer automatically to answer the user's actions, and will feed information to the user as speech.
