江苏现代循环农业评价指标体系构建与运用

摘 要：协调农业生产与生态平衡关系，在确保农产品有效供给同时保证国家粮食安全的现代循环农业是未来农业发展方向。该文对江苏现代循环农业从经济效益、生产方式、生态形式3方面应用德尔菲（Delphi）法和层次分析法（AHP），构建评价指标体系。通过对1978-2010年的江苏农业发展数据的分析，特别是苏南、苏中、苏北等5个典型市的具体分析，找出影响江苏现代循环农业发展的关键问题，为政府制定发展战略提供有效支持。 关键词：现代循环农业；指标体系；发展评价

Construction and Application of Evaluation Indicator System for Jiangsu Modern Circulation Agricultural Yao Ping et al.

Abstract：Modern circulation of agricultural is the future direction of agricultural development which coordinate the relationship between agricultural production and ecological balance. It could ensure the effective supply of agricultural products and national food security at the same time. This paper build the evaluation index system for Jiangsu modern circulation agriculture from the economic benefit，production mode，ecological form three aspects which applicant the Delphi method（Delphi）and analytic hierarchy process（AHP）. According to Using the date of 1978-2010 in Jiangsu province to analysis the agricultural development，especially concrete analysis in southern Jiangsu，middle and north Jiangsu five typical city，find out the key problems affecting modern circulation for agricultural development in jiangsu，and develop strategy to provide effective support for the government.
