摘要
水泥是国民经济的基础材料,水泥工业是重化工工业,它的特点是对矿产资源的依存性大,物料储运量多,能量消耗高。水泥作为建筑工业的三大基本材料之一,使用广,用量大,素有“建筑工业的粮食”之称。
当代最先进的水泥生产技术是新型干法预分解技术。预分解技术室指原料入回转窑前现在预热器内进行预热与均化,在分解炉内进行碳酸钙的分解。从而达到使回转窑的效率得到最大的提高。根据内蒙地区需求量与产量的分析,本设计题目确定为-----2.0kt/d水泥熟料水泥工厂窑头,窑中工艺设计。
设计首先进行配料计算,物料平衡,主机平衡,储库平衡,物料与热量平衡的计算和车间的计算。在此基础上进行烧成窑头,窑中车间主要设备选型。其中包括,回转窑规格确定,冷却机的选型设计,风机的选型设计,电收尘的选型设计,破碎机的选型设计,最终确定了水泥厂烧成窑头,窑中的工艺设置及布置。

Abstract
Cement is the basic material of the national economy, the cement industry is a heavy chemical industry, it is characterized by the dependence on mineral resources, material storage quantity, high energy consumption. Cement is one of the construction industry, the three basic material widely used, dosage, known as \said.
Cement production technology of the most advanced is precalcining technology. Precalciner technical room refers to the raw materials into rotary kiln preheater preheating before now and homogenization, decomposition of calcium carbonate in the calciner. In order to make the efficiency of rotary kiln is improved greatly. According to the analysis of demand and production in Inner Mongolia area, this design topic is determined as -----2.0kt\\/d cement clinker cement plant kiln, kiln process design.
Design first batch calculation, material balance, reservoir host balance, balance, calculating and workshop material and heat balance. On the basis of firing kiln, kiln workshop and main equipment selection. Including, specifications to determine selection and design of rotary kiln, cooling machine, selection of wind turbine design, selection and design of dust collecting electric, selection and design of crusher, and ultimately determine the cement plant kiln head, process and layout of the kiln.
