词的用法：名词+ to do 或 + 名词短语 1.I have some exciting news to tell you.

2. spend + 金钱/ 时间 + on sth. /(in) doing sth. 花金钱或时间买某物（做某事）如：
He spent 10 days (in) reading the novel. 他花了10天时间阅读那本小说 He spent 200 yuan on the hike. 他买那辆自行车花了200元钱。 【链接】take, cost也有“花费\之意，但是用法与 spend不同：
1)take常用句型为：It takes sb. +时间/金钱+ to do slh. It 在句中作形式主语, 真正的主语是后面的动词不定式。如：
It took me half an hour to learn the song.学这首歌花了我半小时。
2)cost表示价值（多少钱），它的主语是物。句式为: sth. costs sb. + 价钱。如： This coat cost him 100 yuan. 这件外套花了他100元。
花时间/金钱做某事 人+ pay … for… （金钱） 我花10元买这本书。
（主语） 人+spend… on sth. ： （in）doing sth. ： It+ takes＋人＋（时间/金钱）＋to do …（时间） ： 物+cost（多少钱）
