希金斯炭疽菌PITP生物信息学分析

摘要:以酿酒酵母中已经报道的5个典型PITP序列为基础,对炭疽菌属蛋白质数据库进行Blastp比对以及关键词搜索,并通过SMART保守结构域分析,明确该菌含有4个典型的PITP;同时,通过对上述氨基酸序列进行疏水性、细胞信号肽、跨膜区结构域、亚细胞定位以及二级结构等生物信息学分析,并与其他物种中15个同源序列进行遗传关系比较分析,以期为深入开展希金斯炭疽菌(Colletotrichum higginsanum Sacc.)PITP的功能研究打下理论基础,同时,也为进一步开展其他炭疽菌的研究提供重要的理论指导。

Bioinformatic Analysis on PITP in Colletotrichum higginsianum Sacc. HAN Chang-zhi

Abstract: Based on the five typical PITP sequences reported in Saccharomyces cerevisiae Sacc., to search PITP related protein sequence from the protein databases of Colletotrichum spp. with the Blastp as well as the use of keywords, four typical PITP were identified by conserved domain analysis in the SMART online. Meanwhile, bioinformatic analysis were made including the hydrophobic, signal peptide, trans-membrane domain structure, sub-cellular location and the secondary structure in four PITP proteins. In addition, the analysis of genetic relationships through comparative four PITPs in C. higginsanum with other species of 15 homologous sequences can
provide strong theoretical foundation for the function of PITP, and an important theoretical guidance to clarify the other pathogens in Colletotrichum spp.
