注意：由于about和of是介词，后接动词时，要用-ing形式。 My younger brother dreams of becoming a policeman. 我弟弟梦想成为警察。

注意：1. 此短语包括两层意思：1）让别人去做某事；2. (主语)遭受到(意外的损失或不幸)

2. 此句型中done是过去分词作宾语补足语，与宾语某人/某物是被动关系。 3. 同义短语：have sth. done

He will have/get the computer repaired tomorrow. 他明天让人给他修电脑。 In cold weather, it's hard to get the car started. 在寒冷的天气里，车子很难发动。 You should have your eyes tested.你应该检查一下眼睛。

同义短语：have sb. do sth. （注意两个短语中to是否省略） Don't have the dog run here and there.不要让狗到处乱跑。 I can't get him to agree with me.我无法使他赞同我。

主语 + be + adj.+ to do sth.句式

【原句回放】When I told her the air would be hard to breath and it would be very cold… 当我告诉她将呼吸困难, 天气严寒…… 【点拨】主语 + be + adj.+ to do sth.

1. 此句中the air would be hard to breath属于此句型，其中不定式用主动形式表达被动含义。 2. 因为不定式和主语之间是逻辑动宾关系，不及物动词要加相应的介词。 The box is too heavy to carry. 这个盒子太重，你搬不动。 The problem is really hard to work out. 这个问题很难解决。 My boss is easy to deal with. 我的老板很好相处。

3. 这一结构中，如果形容词是表示心理活动的，接不定式时，其逻辑主语是句子的主语，主动用to do, 被动用to be done。这类形容词有surprised, moved, disappointed, pleased, happy, sad, delighted, sorry, interested, glad, worried等。

He is disappointed to face his failure in the exam 他很失望地面对考试的失败。

强调句型

【原句回放】It was my sister who first had the idea to cycle along the entire Mekong River from where it begins to where it ends. 首先想到要沿湄公河从源头到终点骑车旅游的是我姐姐。 【点拨】强调句型

原句中用了强调句型，被强调部分是主语my sister。强调句型可以用来突出说话人要强调的语言信息，给对方以强烈的印象和感受。译成汉语时，常加上“正是……”等。

注意：

1. 基本结构：It+ is/ was + 被强调成分 + that /who+其他部分 2. It 无任何意义但不可以换成其它词。

3. 结构词It is /was...that /who...，剩下部分在语法结构和句子含义上仍完整，这是强调句与定语从句等的本质区别。

4. 当被强调部分是人时（作主语或宾语），可以用who或whom（作宾语)代替that。 5. 强调时间或地点或原因状语时，也用that。

Tom bought the book in this shop yesterday. 汤姆昨天在那家商店买了这本书。 →It was Tom that bought the book in this shop yesterday. (强调主语he) 昨天在那家商店买这本书的是汤姆。

→It was the book that he bought in this shop yesterday. (强调宾语the book) 昨天在那家商店汤姆买的是这本书。

→It was in this shop that he bought the book yesterday. (强调地点状语in this shop) 汤姆昨天是在那家商店买的这本书。

→It was yesterday that he bought the book in this shop. (强调时间状语yesterday) 是昨天汤姆在那家商店买了这本书。 6. 强调句型的疑问句：

1）一般疑问句：把is/was放在it前。

2）特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+is/ was + it +that/who + 其它部分。 Was it in 1896 that the modern Olympic Games started? 现代奥运会开始于1896年吗？

What was it that you gave the girl just now? 你刚才给那个女孩的是什么东西？
