摘要

汽车保险，即机动车辆保险，简称车陨，是指对机动车辆由于自然灾害或意外事故所造成的人身伤亡或财产损失负赔偿责任的一种商业保险，以汽车本身及其相关利益为保险标的一种不定值保险。本文对机动车辆保险骗保行为的防范与探讨进行分析，通过对汽车保险在国内外的现状；机动车辆车险的组成；汽车保险与理赔流程分析；当前保险市场的情况及车损险存在的问题；汽车骗保行为的成因；汽车骗保常用手法；汽车骗保的防控策略等方面进行论述。让读者更好的了解汽车保险骗保行为，坚决打击骗保行为，减少和遏制骗保行为的发生，以及让读者懂得如何在生活中去防范汽车骗保行为的发生。

Abstract

Car insurance,the motor vehicle insurance,referred to as the auto insurance,refer to motor vehicle as a result of natural disasters or as a result of accidents personal injury or property damage liability is a kind of commercial insurance to the car itself and related interests for the insurance subject an unvalued insurance.In this paper, the motor vehicle insurance cheat the behavior of the guard and discusses the analysis, through to automobile insurance in domestic and foreign present situations;The composition of the motor vehicles insurance;Automobile insurance and adjustment flow analysis;The current insurance market and caustic danger existing problems;The cause of the car cheat behaviors; The car cheat commonly used gimmick;Cheat prevention and control of the car strategies discussed; The resolute stroke cheat behaviors;To reduce and contain cheat the behavior occurs;And let the reader know how to in the life to prevent the occurrence of the car cheat behaviors.
