Module9 UNIT1 Are you sad?
一、教学目标与要求 1. 知识与能力目标
能够听说读写单词bored, sad, angry, nothing
能够听说认读单词present, Christmas，matter, chess, thinking, secret 能够听说读写句子Are you ?? No, I’m not. What’s the matter? Nothing. 2. 情感态度目标: 教育学生学会真切地关心他人，做一个心中有他人、心中有朋友的人。
二、教学重点及难点
掌握表达心情、情绪的形容词，能够运用一般现在时态的一般疑问句对他人进行询问及回答，并能在真实情景中运用。
三、课前准备: 教学光盘、多媒体课件、单词卡片、调查表 四、教学过程 Step 1 Warm up
1. Sing a song and do the actions。
2. 唱完歌曲后，老师直接询问学生：So in our school, are you happy? Can you show me a smile face? Step 2 Presentation and practice
1. T: Let’s listen to the music. Please tell me how you fell. （播放一段欢快的乐曲，如《欢乐颂》） T: Are you happy?
引导学生回答 “Yes, I am. ”
2. T: Let’s listen to another music. Please tell how you fell. （播放一段悲伤的乐曲，如《二泉映月》） T: Are you happy?
引导学生回答“No, I’m not.” 引入新词sad进行教授。 3. 学习课文。
(1) 出示Lingling的图片，学习句子：What’s the matter? 看玲玲的表情，她怎么了呢？看课文录像或听录音，回答问题：What is she doing? What’s the matter with Lingling? 通过学生的回答学习句子Nothing. I’m thinking. (2) Amy看到玲玲呆坐在床上，关切地询问了她四个问题，她是怎样问的？Listen to the tape again and complete the questions. Are you sad ? Are you angry ? Are you bored ? So what’s the matter? 重点学习三个形容词。 (3) T: What is Lingling thinking about? Let’s listen and judge. a. She is going to make a cake for Amy. ( F ) b. It’s a secret. ( T ) c. She is going to make Amy a present for New Year. ( F ) d. She is going to make Amy a surprise present for Christmas. ( T) (4) Have a chant. 巩固重点句。 Are you sad? Are you sad? No, I’m not. No, I’m not. What’s the matter? What’s the matter? Nothing. Nothing! (5) 打开书，听录音跟读课文，注意模仿地道的语音语调。 (6) 默读课文，找出包含“sad, angry, bored” 的句子。 反馈，小组朗读。 (7) Activity book 1 Listen and write. Step 3 Consolidation and extension 1. Do a survey. 你的小组成员心情如何呢？做个小调查吧。 Name happy sad angry bored (1) 根据听到的句子，将表格中的表情补充完整。 e.g. T: I’m sad. (2) 完成表格后在小组内开展调查。e.g. A: Are you?? B: Yes, I am. / No, I’m not. (3) Ask two students to ask and answer in pairs. A: Are you sad? B: No, I’m not. (4) 进行人称转换的练习。 T：Boys and girls, is A sad?
Help the students answer “Yes, he is./ No, he isn’t .” 通过对小调查的反馈同时完成第一人称到第三人称的转换。 2. Guessing game
活动目的：巩固和练习询问感受的句型。“Is she sad?” 以及回答：“Yes, she is./No she isn’t.”
活动准备：学生分成4人一小组，确定玩的顺序。
活动过程：学生4人为一小组，其中一人蒙上眼睛，另外一个同学做一个表情表示自己目前的心理状态和感受。蒙上眼睛的同学用句型“Is she/he?” 向剩下的两个人提问，两个同学根据实际情况回答问题。 3. Finish Activity book Unit 1.
Step 4 Summary 引导学生总结本节课所学内容，引导学生在课下主动总结所学过的形容词。
