c. To write down procedures to ensure all supporting documents of the materials used are always valid
书写确保所有的材料的证明文件是长期有效的程序文件
Direction: Supporting documents include halal certificate, flow chart diagrams, technical specification, MSDS, CoA, statement of pork free facility, or combination of several documents. The procedures can be in the form of an early warning system or in the form of a periodic assessment of document validity.
指导:支持文件包括清真证书,流程图图,技术规范,MSDS,coa,设备的免猪肉声明,或几个文件的组合。本程序可以以早期系统预警的形式或在一个周期的形式的文件的有效性的评价。
d. To make Material List according to format in attachment 1 ! 根据附件1格式填写使用物料清单
Direction: (i)Material list is table that contain material data that used in halal certified product; (ii) after pass MUI fatwa committee, material list is signed by the coordinator of halal management team, the top management of the company and sent to LPPOM MUI to be signed by Director of LPPOM MUI; (iii) Revised list of materials must be done if there is a change because of changes in the materials that used to produce certified products, manufacturers of materials, or supporting documents of the materials; (iv) list of materials does not need to be signed by LPPOM MUI once it has any changes, but simply asked for signatures once every six months together with periodic report.
指导:(1)材料清单表中包含用于认证的清真产品的材料;(2)在通过MUI教法委员会后,材料清单由清真管理团队及公司的高层管理人员的协调员签署,并发送至LPPOM MUI 主任签署;(3)如果用于生产认证产品材料,制造商的材料或支持文档的材料有改变就必须

example Rum) and name related with Pork derivatives (for example Bacon); (ii) Characteristics or sensory profile of the products must not imitate haram products or stated as haram producs by MUI fatwa; (iii) For retail food products to be distributed in Indonesia with the same brand, all products must be registered for halal certification. Registering only some products of the same brand is not allowed.
指导:(1)清真认证的产品不得使用与伊斯兰法不符合的名称,如酒精饮料的名称(例如朗姆酒)和与猪肉相关衍生品(例如培根);(2)产品的特征或感官属性不得模仿由MUI教法委员会规定的非法产品;(3)就分布在印尼的同品牌零售食品的产品,所有的产品必须注册有清真认证。注册同一品牌的部分产品是不允许的。

Direction: procedure has to assure (i) that pork materials is not into production facility that used to produce halal registered product; (ii) that pork materials is not contaminate halal material or halal certified product

c. If production facilities which have ever been used to produce products containing pork or its
derivatives, are to be used to produce halal products, have the production facility been cleansed according to Islam Syari’i (cleansed 7 (seven) times with water, and in one of the washes use soil or other material which can eliminate the taste, odor, and color) before used to produce halal certified product ?
如果使用生产清真产品的设施曾生产含猪肉或其衍生物的产品,是可以用于生产清真认证的产品,但根据伊斯兰教沙利亚立法依据(用洁净的水清洗7次,并至少有一次用土或其他能消除味道,气味,颜色的材料来洗涤)后才能用于生产。
