摘 要

本文主要讨论了小城镇生活垃圾的现状和对策，并通过某县生活垃圾处理的现状及采取的相应对策这一实际例子来探讨此论文主题。

首先通过查找资料得出了生活垃圾的定义、来源、分类、影响，以及现有的一些处理技术。现在我国城镇垃圾处理基本上是用卫生填埋技术、垃圾焚烧技术以及堆肥技术而微生物技术以及生化降解技术是比较新型的技术，具有很多的优点，不过现有的小城镇的经济实力以及现有的技术状况，微生物技术以及生化降解技术并不适合小城镇生活垃圾的处理。现在生活垃圾处理还存在一定问题，小城镇处理厂数量还不够，每年都会有预留的垃圾，所以带来了一些不利影响。

接着分别讲述了卫生填埋技术、垃圾焚烧技术、堆肥技术、微生物技术、生化降解技术的特点并对常用的卫生填埋技术、垃圾焚烧技术和堆肥技术做了一些比较。

然后通过案例分析，根据某小城镇生活垃圾处理现状以及它特有的地理环境，对该县的垃圾处理选用方法提出了一些建议。这让整篇论文变得更加形象具体。

最后根据我国小城镇生活垃圾处理的发展展望，提出了相应的针对我国小城镇生活垃圾处理的一些对策。

Abstract

This dissertation mainly discusses the current situation as well as the countermeasures of household garbage in township. The present situation of household garbage disposal in a certain county and approaches taken there to settle the garbage problem are enumerated to discuss the theme of this thesis.

First of all, the definition, sources, classification, impacts of household garbage as well as some existing disposal technologies are found from associated materials. The basic approaches taken in china to dispose urban garbage nowadays are sanitary landfill technology, garbage incineration technology and composting technology. Technologies including microbial technology and the biodegradation technology are relatively new technologies which are of great advantages. However, they are not suitable for small towns for economic as well as technical reasons. Problems about the disposal of household garbage remain unsolved since rubbish disposal factories in township are far from enough. As a result, there is always garbage needs disposal at the end of each year, causing tremendous negative impacts.

Characteristics of sanitary landfill technology, garbage incineration technology, composting technology, microbial technology, together with biodegradation technology are then introduced in this paper. Besides, comparisons are made among the commonly used technologies which mean sanitary landfill technology, garbage incineration technology and composting technology.

After analyzing the case we mentioned above, some suggestions are also provided to facilitate measure-choosing in garbage disposal in that county according to its current situation of garbage disposal as well as

special geographical environment, bringing a more concrete image to the thesis.

Finally, countermeasures of household garbage in China’s township are put forward so as to be in line with the prospects for household garbage disposal in small towns.
