论我国国际贸易中结算方式的风险及防范

摘要： 在经济全球化的影响下，国际贸易的发展越来越稳定和成熟。中国作为一个全球贸易大国，贸易额占国内经济的很大一部分，国际贸易结算方式趋于多样化。国际结算业务是国际间进行的贸易和非贸易往来而发生的债权债务的结算。国际结算的基本方式有汇付、托收和信用证三种，但由于国际结算具有涉及不同国家、多个当事人、环节较多、遵循国际惯例、各国适用法律不同等特点，使其风险呈现出广泛性、复杂性和难以预测性。每一种结算方式都有其潜在的风险，如何选择一种有效的方法最大限度的规避国际结算方式的风险，是一个国家进出口贸易面临的主要问题，如何确保安全的国际贸易结算成为现在的重要课题之一。本文通过几种常用的国际结算方式, 分析其风险及防范对策。

Analyses the risk of the method of settlement

in international trade

Abstract： Under the influence of economic globalization, international trade increasingly stable and mature development. China as a global trading power, trade accounts for a large proportion of the domestic economy,mode of international settlement tends diversification.The international settlement business was conducted between international trade and non-trade settlement of debts. The basic way of international settlement has three kinds of Remittance, Collection and L/C, but the international settlement has been involved many different countries, multiple parties, more than the parties, more links to follow international practices, suitable for laws of different countries, etc., risks show universality, complexity and unpredictability.Each kind of settlement way has its potential risks.How to choose an effective way to maximize circumvent international settlement settlement risk is a major problem facing China's import and export trade,how to ensure the safety of the international trade settlement is now one of the important topics.This paper introduces several kinds of common international settlement and by comparing the risks of them to explain their applicable.
