Classroom teaching is an important part of learning methods which can cultivates the students’ interest in learning and guide the students learning. At present, most of schools’ ways of English teaching are still the same as the past, which still belongs to the traditional way of teaching. This traditional way of teaching mainly means the teachers directed the class freely and the students are learning passively, which have not been able to fully mobilize the students’ initiative and enthusiasm. This allows students not only to the apprehension of knowledge, but also to grasp the method are in a passive situation. Schools in the whole process of English teaching pay more attention to the importance of the classroom effect, ignoring the students’ learning ability and personality training. Most of the English majors students in the class have to listen to the teacher’s schedule, taking notes and doing exercises. The students can transfer it into a mere memory and practice, which have a serious negative impact on the cultivation of Autonomous learning and interest in learning. This attributable to the students’ psychological inversion negative mentality, under which the social environment, as advocated by the current quality of education is somewhat contradictory.
Meanwhile, the origin of different students decide the history, geography and other conditions before entering the affected school, the students’ basic English are very difference. The results of survey showed that some students have learned English for more than eight years, and some students only learned English in junior high school. Different foundations can led to the students’ different abilities, learning objectives and methods of learning. With the rigid approach to teaching students of different basis, can only in a view of a small part of students, which is inappropriate. It is needed to conduct an in-depth research if you want to develop a reasonable teaching program for different levels of students. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, make the students realize themselves in learning and promote the students’ learning capacity are the urgent need to study.

VI. Results and Discussion
A. The Results of the Study
There are many factors which have a serious effect on the English majors students in Hengshui University’s Autonomous learning, such as the poor English learning foundation, the teachers’ English teaching approach, the school’s educational rule, the English majors students’ poor sense of Autonomous learning and so on. All of this shows that the Autonomous learning of English majors students in Hengshui University are poor. So it is needed to conduct an in-depth research to develop a reasonable teaching program for different levels of students and change the situations now. Also how to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, make the students realize themselves in learning and promote the students’ learning capacity are the urgent need to study.
B. The Solutions
Faced with the increasingly intense competition in society and the increasing employment pressure, improve the autonomous learning of English majors students in Hengshui university becomes a difficult and urgent task. Improve the Autonomous Learning of English majors in Hengshui university,not only need the universities’ students develop a good habit of autonomous learning,but also ask the universities actively create the chances to provide protection for the university students’ Autonomous Learning ability.
1. For English Majors students in Hengshui University,they should develop a good habit of Autonomous Learning ability.
University likes a big and mass society in which so many students who come from different geographical and family learning knowledge ,learning to do something and learning to be a good man .For the university students,learning and learning again are the full-time;reading and reading again are the full responsibility.However most students feel confused on why to learn(learning motivation),what to learn(learning content) and how to learn (learning strategies).The Autonomous Learning,which we advocate is a learning mode that accord with the university students’ learning feature,it is right the answer that can solve the problems above. (1). Why to study:correct learning motivation
Automation is an internal dynamics which can stimulate the students begin to study, the professor, Pang Weiguo put in one of his studies that Chinese university students’ learning motivation mainly manifested in six aspects:prospects for personal development, expectations for family, self-interest, pursuit for perfect, work pressure, cherish the current learning opportunities. All of that belong to internal dynamics, except for the family expectations and the work pressure.Development of motivation originates in demand. University students should know what do they really want for? For learning more knowledge and acquiring more skill,or just for a diploma. There will be two different effects because of the distinct from values. Therefore, the university students should have a big goals, plan for the four years college life. At present, we have entered the age of globalization, which need all-rounders. University students have to face future challenges and pressures when they enter in society, so they should fully aware of themselves, spend more time learning, at the same time, they should learning,learning more as well as make progress. (2). What to learn: select the learning content

Although the teachers in Hengshui university teach limited content for their students in every class, the students can learn lots of knowledge after class. The university students are main part of Autonomous Learning, and they can choose the learning content which they need. When they make a choice for what they should learn, the first essential element is that the students should master the content they need to learn, which conclude professional knowledge, liberal knowledge and public skill. (1)The learning of students belongs to a particular discipline, so they should possess a good theoretical training, broaden their horizons which are associated with discipline, establish a good knowledge structure system. (2) Relatively speaking, liberal knowledge and professional knowledge are closely related. A certain view of philosophy and literary accomplishment can make science students face some problems more flexible and express more humanity feature. Also, have a good science knowledge can make arts students become more rigorous and make them have scientific attitude when they deal with problems. (3) Public skills are mainly mean computer’ operation skills, the basis of foreign language and writing skills, which needed by students of new age. In addition, university is a place where can make us fully express ourselves , and in which we can accept teachers instruction, communicate with the whole world friends. So we should learn some communication and interpersonal skills, learn to solve problems independently and cultivate team spirit. (3). How to learn: master the learning strategy
When the students going to the universities’ campus, they didn’t adapt to the way of teaching by their teacher, and they didn’t know the learning style of university, this lead the students lose their motivation to learn. Compared to the middle school students, they have a significant difference on learning: university students can set goals, choose way of learning content and learning methods by themselves, they need more exploration and innovation. Autonomous Learning concept requires students who as a freshman have a deep learning when they entering university, Autonomous Learning habits should be keep at the beginning of entering the university, this can lay a good foundation for the future. 1) Self-directed
Broadly speaking, Self-directed refers to make a self-life position for the direction of future. In a narrow sense, it refers to the time you spend in your four years university life. Of course, when you put it into practice, goals can be cut into several small goals, every small goals can lay a good foundation for the next goal, after a long time you can make a great progress. Many students, especially for the junior students and the senior students, begin to make themselves self-directed. However, it is better for the students to be self-directed, because this can let them cherry time and make a better result. 2) Time management by oneself
Some people believe that college students are short of everything but not the lack of time, actually, it is not true, the most important thing is what kind of attitude towards time. If a person is in line with the child's attitude , then certainly time will be wasted. Conversely, if a person feels that college life is valuable, and there are many things to learn, then they will spend time effectively and richly. As mentioned before, students’ own task is to learn, which requires sufficient learning time every day except for the class time, college students should learn to find more spare time to learn, at the mean time, cherish the time you have. Students are in a starting lines when they going to the university campus , but after four years study, they will change dramatically and this is caused by the use of time. Proper time management should focus on the

followings: first, students should get up early and form good habits; Second, keep a diary everyday and supervise the use of time; Third, make good plans. Before doing everything, students should make plans in advance to make sure that the things will be done in time. Good plan is not only useful for the present study, but also for the future work; Fourth, actively learn from others. Of course, how to make better use of university time also vary, so students should arrange time reasonably and make good use of time. 3) The use of Autonomous Learning method
Although time for the college students in the classroom is greatly reduced compared to primary and secondary schools, but the classroom is still the center of higher education. To make autonomous learning into effect in the classroom is mainly reflected in some of the skills which need students to master, college students should prepare an adequate lesson before class begin, which includes ask questions in the process of listening, take notes after class and do some other exchanges in time. Each section asks students hold a modesty attitude to overcome some bad factors of students own or out of students themselves. Out of school studies mainly include extracurricular reading, listening to lectures and so on. There are many ways to participate in these activities, such as reading needs some certain skills, learns to integrate information and so on. To sum up, the way of Autonomous Learning for English majors college students including Macro Learning, Loop Learning, Inductive Learning, Programs Learning , SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) Learning, Summarize Learning, Media Learning and so on. In short, the use of scientific and rational Autonomous Learning methods can make students achieve a multiplier effect. 4). Self-evaluation and regulation
The assessment and evaluation of English majors students in Hengshui University are generally based on summative evaluation, but for the students themselves, they should be good at doing Developmental Evaluation for its own. Such as the learning effective during learning time, whether learning methods need to be improved and whether the time is used in reason, all this would require self-evaluation regularly. If the results which one gets are obvious, you can take some encouragement on their own; on the contrary, they have to reflect on their own learning process, to find exist problems in time, and the students should be conscious of the regulation and control of their own learning behavior and learning patterns, then to prepare for the next stage of learning.
