论企业管理者应具备的基本素质

【摘要】 管理者就是一个系统的认知与调控中心。企业管理者掌握着企业发展所需资源的配置权力，决定了企业的发展方向，是企业发展目标确认者、计划制定者、工作指导者，在企业中扮演着重要角色，在一定程度说，企业管理者的水平高低、素质高低决定了企业的发展，所以，在现代企业管理研究领域中，对企业管理者，特别是企业管理者素质的研究具有重要意义。企业的经济效益能否持续、稳定、快速发展，在很大程度上取决于企业管理者的素质和能力。因此，企业管理者的素质和能力，对提高企业经济效益，促进企业的快速发展，有着十分重要的现实意义。本文拟从企业管理者的素质与企业发展的关系、现代企业管理者必备的素质、提高企业管理者素质的途径三个方面作初探。

Business enterprise the governor should have of character

【Abstract】 Manager is a cognitive system and control centre. Business managers have the resources required for the development of the allocation of power, decided the direction of the development of enterprises, enterprise development objectives identified, the formulation of the plan, to guide our work, in business and play an important role, to a certain extent, enterprises managers levels, depends on the quality of the development of enterprises, therefore, in the modern enterprise management in the field of research, enterprise managers, in particular the quality of the research enterprise managers is of great significance. The economic efficiency of enterprises be sustained, steady and rapid development, and enterprise managers to a large extent depends on the quality and capability. Therefore, enterprise managers and the quality of the ability to enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises, to promote the rapid development of enterprises, has a very important practical significance. This paper intends to enterprise managers that the quality of the relationship between the development of the modern enterprise managers the necessary quality and raising the quality of enterprise managers make on the three channels.
