企业材料采购成本控制研究 ——以xxx有限公司为例

摘 要

伴随着中国经济的高速发展，机械制造行业也在飞速发展。在经济危机的影响下，我国的机械制造产业所需的铁矿等矿产的价格也是越来越高，同样，企业的材料采购成本也是一路走高。和机械制造相关的企业想要在如此艰难的环境下莫求发展，就必须要考虑对材料采购成本加以科学地控制，合理降低材料采购成本，增加企业运作效率。基于上述认识，本文将结合xxx有限公司自身的特点，以自身的实践经验和一定的理论知识基础上，实际深入调查研究，并依据国内外会计对材料采购管理的理论体系和方法展开论述，以提出能够切实解决xxx有限公司材料采购成本管理存在问题的有效方法，并希望能够对类似企业单位加强管理作出努力和帮助。

在写作过程中，本文通过考察xxx有限公司的具体情况进行论述，体现理论联系实际，理论应用于实践的科学性。
