设计总说明
钢铁厂一般是指具有炼铁、炼钢及轧钢的完整生产周期的冶金工厂。高炉炼铁车间是为炼钢提供原材料的车间组织。
本次毕业设计的题目为设计一座年产630万吨生铁(其中炼钢生铁90%,铸造生铁10%)的高炉炼铁车间工艺设计,本设计采用一系列先进工艺,如全冷却壁,碳砖、炉底高铝砖综合炉底,高炉长寿技术,富氧喷煤等。本设计的主要任务包括高炉配料计算、高炉本体设计、料运系统方案设计、高炉炉顶设备设计、高炉鼓风机的选择、热风炉设计计算、渣铁处理系统及煤气处理系统设计及其车间平面布置等几大部分,并对部分工艺流程进行了说明。
本设计涉及到的计算部分为高炉配料计算、高炉内型计算、高炉砌砖计算以及鼓风机和外燃式热风炉的相关计算。其中高炉设计部分和热风炉设计部分是本次设计的主要部分。
本设计涉及到的设备选择包括高炉设备的选择、高炉供料系统的设备选择、鼓风机的选择、渣铁处理系统及煤气处理系统设备选择。
我希望,所采用的先进技术能是高炉实现高产、优质、低耗、长寿、环保的生产目标。

Design Description
Generally refers to a steel plant iron, steel making and rolling of the complete production cycle of metallurgical plants. Blast furnace steel plant with raw materials for the workshop organization
The subject of this graduation project for the design of an annual output of 6.3million tons of pig iron (including steel-making pig iron 90%, cast iron 10%) of the blast furnace plant process design. This design uses a series of advanced technology, such as whole cooling wall, carbon bricks, high alumina bricks integrated bottom bottom, blast furnace technology, enriched PCI, etc.the main task of this design include the blast furnace burden calculation, blast furnace body design, material transport system design, equipment design, blast furnace, blast furnace blower selection, design and calculation of hot stove, iron slag processing systems and gas handling system design and plant layout and so few parts, and part of the process are described.
The design part involves the calculation of blast furnace burden calculation,
computing blast furnace, blast furnace blowers and brick computing, and the related calculation of internal combustion stove. Part and the hot blast stove blast furnace design in which the design part is the main part of this design.
The design options related to the equipment, including blast furnace
equipment selection, blast furnace feed system, equipment selection, the choice of blower, iron slag processing systems and gas handling system equipment selection. I hope that advanced technology can be used in a blast furnace to achieve high yield, high quality low; longevity, environmental protection, the production target.
