2017年第一、二季度我院口服质子泵抑制剂应用情况分析

摘 要：目的 分析我院口服质子泵抑制剂的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 利用HIS系统调取2017年度第一、二季度使用口服质子泵抑制剂的科室，从用药量、用药金额、限定日剂量（DDD）、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）等作为指标分析其使用情况。结果 口服质子泵抑制剂使用科室中，频率最高的为消化内科，其次为便民门诊。雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊同步性较好，选择倾向性大。第二代PPIs埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片（耐信）的销售额增长最为明显，获得了患者的认可。结论 我院PPI剂型分配合理，药品使用情况基本合理。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the use of oral proton pump inhibitors in our hospital and

provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The use of oral proton pump inhibitors in the first， second quarter of 2017 was used by the HIS system to analyze the use of drugs，the amount of drug use，the limited daily dose（DDD），the frequency of drug use（DDDs），and the daily average cost（DDC）. Results Oral proton pump inhibitors used in the department，the highest frequency for gastroenterology，followed by convenience clinics.Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules have good synchronicity and a large selection bias.The second-generation PPIs esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets（Nexus）saw the most significant increase in sales，which was recognized by patients. Conclusion The distribution of PPI in our hospital is reasonable，and the use of drugs is basically reasonable.
