2.5 切换参数
切换是WCDMA网络中非常重要的功能,是移动管理的主要内容之一,发生在CELL_DCH状态。在WCDMA网络中,W-W的相邻关系可以定义32个,测量的类型有同频测量、异频测量、异系统测量。同频事件有1A、1B、1C、1D、1E、1F。异频事件有2A、2B、2C、2D、2E、2F。异系统事件有3A、3B、3C、3D。同时还有UETX的6D/6F事件。详细描述见ALEX-HANDOVER.

这个参数在每个小区上设置,表示是否为IRAT切换或频率间切换类型,由于惠州只有一个频率,而在3G切换到2G的时候是属于IRAT切换,所有我们设置为1

这两个参数是调整切换到GSM的重要参数。
2.6 HSPA
目前的信道配置方式,在数据业务的突发和低活动性特征,使下行容量的实际利用率非常低,进一步加剧了下行容量受限的矛盾。
鉴于此种情况,R5引入HSDPA技术,HSDPA全称是高速下行分组接入( High Speed Downlink Packet Access),通过一系列关键技术,实现了下行的高速数据传输。HSDPA从下行传输速率和时延这两个方面对空中接口作了改进,给用户提供一个共享下行分组接入信道,使之可以支持峰值高达13.9Mbps
