Damp-Heat Test: Long-term inspection for evaluating the durability of photovoltaic-modules against influences by atmospheric-humidity and temperature. 湿热测试 评估光伏组件的耐久性即大气湿度和温度对组件的影响的长期检测。

4. Responsibilities 职责

- The QMS dept is responsible for selecting a module and to coordinate the damp-heat-test with the test-institute.

品保部负责挑选测试组件，送往测试机构进行湿热测试。

- The authorized test-institution is the VDE and the Local Test- institution or company who has the capacity to

conduct this test according to the requirements and procedure in IEC61215 and certified according to IEC17025.

授权测试机构为VDE和通过IEC17025认证并且有能力根据IEC61215的要求和流程进行这个测试的本地检测机构或公司。

5. Description 描述

5.1 Scope of Inspection and Frequency of Inspection检测范围和检测周期

- Two times per year a module has to be taken randomly out of one of the production lines.

每年两次，任选一条生产线随机挑选任一组件。

- The module type and production-line must vary for each year.

组件类型和生产线每年要有所不同。

- One module is selected in the first half year another module is selected in the second half year，the time

difference between two selections has to be at least 5 months.

上半年选择一次组件，另一次在下半年选择，两次选择时间差最少是5个月。

- The inspection-results are to be stored by the Quality-Management in digital- or paper-form.
