Payment term and date of monthly salary

The company will pay the salary of last month (calendar month) to the employees on tenth of every month through the bank. In the event that the date falls on a festival holiday, wages shall be paid in the following working day.

第五十七条 工资代扣代缴和扣除

公司从员工工资中代扣代缴员工个人应承担的各项社会保险费、应缴纳的个人所得税以及法律法规规定的可以从员工工资中扣除或代扣的其它费用。

Article fifty-seven

Withhold and remit salary and salary deduction The company can withhold and remit the social insurance cost which should be undertaken by the individuals、the income tax and other fees that is allowed to be withheld or remitted from the employee’s salary according to the laws and regulation.

第五十九条 日工资、小时工资

日工资折算按国家规定的月计薪天数21.75天为基准；小时工资折算以日工资除以8小时为基准。

Article fifty-nine

Daily wage / Hour wage

The converting of daily wage is according to the monthly paying days stipulated by the state-that is 21.75 days; while the converting of hourly wage is based on the quotient by dividing daily wage divided by eight hours.
