narrow and the base of environment is very weakness.In addition,the substance of technician and service have not be perfect.The information is hard to deal with.Moveover,the succeed of appliciation is impossble.

On the another hand,application also have many benfits.It is very convenience and fast .the cost of appliation is very low .it has no limit of time and the resource is rich,

种方式的优点为：现场招聘会比较直观，可以见到应聘者本人，通过交流也可以了解应聘者本人的一些相关的信息，现场进行选拔。由于参加的招聘会的人员较多，可选择的余地也较大。

而现场招聘会的缺点是：现场招聘由于时间较短，不能当场对应聘者进行详细的审查和评测，还需要进行下一个面试或者笔试的环节。由于现场招聘者个人的因素（现场招聘人员往往是秘书或者助理），也容易造成对应聘人员的把握不准，造成真正优秀人员的流失。现场应聘人员一般以刚刚毕业的学生居多，从业经验缺乏，平均素质也不会太高。
