中文摘要

网络环境的快速发展让企业财务管理环境发生了改变，传统财务管理不仅难以满足电子商务的要求，并且还受到新的管理模式和工作方式的挑战。而网络环境下财务管理的产生及运用，不光是利用计算机网络进行财务核算和财务分析的问题，它让计算机网络具有更加广泛的应用。它促进了企业管理的数字化，加快了企业信息化的进程，促进电子商务的全面发展，也对会计学科以及整个企业管理都产生了十分重大的意义和深远的历史影响。

本文主要是在网络环境下财务管理的产生背景下，研究了不同于传统的手工财务管理的一种新型管理模式，通过对网络财务与传统财务的优缺点对比分析，阐述了实施网络环境下财务管理创新对企业的产生的积极影响。对于如何实施网络环境下的财务管理进行了探讨，并提出一些建设性的意见。还分析了我国企业在网络财务上的实施进程，出现的问题以及解决方法。

ABSTRACT

The rapid development of the network environment allows corporate financial management environment has changed .Traditional financial management is not only difficult to meet the requirements of e-commerce, and also by the challenges of the new management model and ways of working. The generation and use of the network environment of financial management, not only is the use of computer networks for problem financial accounting and financial analysis, which allows a computer network with a more widely used. It promotes the digitization of enterprise management, enterprise information technology to speed up the process, promote the comprehensive development of e-commerce, but also for the entire enterprise management accounting discipline and have had great significance and far-reaching historical impact.

This article is in the background of the financial management of the network environment, different from the traditional study of a new management model of financial management manual. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the network of financial and traditional financial analysis to explain the positive impact of the implementation of the financial management of innovation under the enterprise network environment arising.
