摘要
传统加固补强技术整体水平比较落后,施工方法和工艺比较复杂,并且设备繁多、受场地等因素的限制。作为新兴的纤维增强材料加固技术,特别是碳纤维加固法修复混凝土结构具有高强高效、施工便捷、耐腐蚀、自重轻、不增加结构尺寸等明显的优点。除此之外通过材料价格、施工操作及维修成本等三方面的技术分析可以看出,碳纤维材料加固混凝土具有优良的性能价格比、科技含量高、技术先进,该技术具有良好的技术经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,在综合工程经济性能等方面具有很强的竞争力。因此碳纤维加固方法深受工程界的重视和推崇,相信随着整个社会经济的发展,这种技术必将成为未来结构加固技术的主流。
本文讲述了碳纤维的由来、发展,并对碳纤维加固技术的优点和碳纤维加固技术在建筑工程中的应用进行了阐述,结合工程实例介绍了碳纤维加固技术的施工工艺流程和质量控制措施,并分析了影响碳纤维加固质量的因素,提出施工中应注意的要点。

Abstract
Traditional reinforcing technology overall level is more backward, the construction method and technology is more complex, and various devices, subject to space constraints.As a new fiber reinforced plastics technology, especially the carbon fiber reinforced method for repair of concrete structure with high strength and high efficiency, convenient construction, corrosion resistance, light weight, does not increase the structure size and obvious advantages.Besides the material price, construction operation and repair costs from three aspects of technical analysis can see, carbon fiber reinforced concrete has excellent performance price ratio, high technology content, advanced technology, the technology has a good technical and economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit, economic performance in general engineering and so on are strong competition.Therefore, the carbon fiber reinforcement method works by the attention and praise, with the development of social economy, the technology will become the future structure reinforcement technology mainstream.
This paper describes the origin, development of carbon fiber, and carbon fiber reinforcement technology and the advantages of carbon fiber reinforcement technology application in building engineering are expounded in this paper, combined with engineering examples, introduces the carbon fiber reinforcement technology in the construction process and quality control measures, and analyzed the influence of carbon fiber reinforcing quality factors, put forward construction should pay attention to the points.
