大数据时代学术期刊编辑素质重构与能力提升

[摘 要] 大数据时代，学术期刊出版业务发生了重大变革，期刊的出版流程由单线性转向立体化，出版工作数据依赖性加强，发行工作向数字化发展，编辑工作外向性越趋明显。基于这一新形势，需重构学术期刊编辑素质：一方面要正确看待传统的编辑素质，对优秀的要继承与发扬；另一方面构建与大数据出版相适应的编辑素质，如数据处理能力、内容整合能力、全方位的沟通能力和数据时代的创新能力。在编辑能力提升上，要树立大数据学术期刊出版理念和数据处理能力养成理念，苦练编辑业务基本功并坚持学术研究，要走出去，培养大数据视野。

Academic Journal Editors’ Quality Reconstruction and Capacity Improvement in the Era of Big Data

[Abstract] In the era of big data， academic journal publishing business changed significantly. The publishing process of periodicals is changed from linear to three-dimensional. The dependence on data has increased. The issuing work is in the shift to digital. The outward tendency of editorial work is more obvious. Based on the new situation， editors’ quality of academic journal should be reconstructed. The excellent traditional editing qualities should be carried forward and developed. Meanwhile， the qualities in conformity with big data publishing should be constructed， such as data processing capability， content integration capability， all in communication capability and innovation capability in the age of data. This paper submits three suggestions on improving editors’ abilities. Firstly， we should set up the idea of academic journal publishing and fostering data processing capability in the era of big data. Secondly， we should practice basic editing service hardly， and also adhere to academic research. Finally， we should cultivate big data perspective by going out.
