【Abstract】 To Analysis the changes of causes， comorbidities and complications of the elder chronic heart failure of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University . 随着人群寿命的延长及人口老年化，老年人心力衰竭病例也明显增多，由于老年人合并症较多，导致心力衰竭己成为老年人死亡的主要原因。故正确认识老年心力衰竭的临床特点，对有效的降低其发病率以及病死率有重要的临床意义。本文分析了我院 2009年 1月至2009年 12月及2014年1月至2014年12月资料较完善的671例老年心力衰竭患者的临床特点，现报道如下。
