Unit 2 Last weekend
单元教材分析
本单元是义务教育人教版小学英语六年级下册第2单元,围绕Last weekend的话题展开。 单元目标
1、知识目标
1)能够听、说、认读下列单词和短语:cleaned, stayed, washed, watched, had, had a cold, slept, read, saw, last, yesterday, before。
2)能够听、说、读、写下列单词:drank, show, magazine, better, faster, hotel, fixed, broken, lamp, loud, enjoy, stay。
3)学习英语中动词的过去式形式,了解基本的动词过去式的用法,通过对话学习并掌握动词过去式的基本构成及表示过去动作和发生状态的用法,掌握重点句子,并会运用于日常的表达当中:
What did you do? I washed my clothes. How was your weekend? It was OK.
4)学会唱一首英文歌曲“last weekend” 2、能力目标
能够在真实的语境中,围绕讨论过去生活的话题,运用本单元所学习的语言知识,进行相关话题的初步交际活动。
3、情感态度目标
培养团结友爱的积极情感,学会与人交往,善于交流、与他人合作的意识,并培养热爱学习,热爱生活的情感。
4、文化意识目标
能够初步了解英语国家的简单文娱活动和周末的主要活动或活动方式。 5、学习策略目标
积极与他人交流,共同完成学习任务,并能通过多种学习方式交流学习成果,善于表达,积极交流自己的假期生活,并利用所学知识积极与他人交流和探讨,共同获得进步。 单元课时安排:6课时

教学内容
Main scene Part A. Let’s try & Let’s talk 教学目标
1、能朗读、表演Main scene 和Let’s talk 中的对话。
2、了解动词过去式的基本用法,了解一般过去时态运用于表示过去的事件及存在的状态并在真实场景中运用所学语言进行真实交流和运用。
3、乐于与他人谈论自己的假期生活,积极表达,在对话交流中能养成用英语交流的习惯,培养良好的语言语音语调。 教学重点难点
重点:能够表演Main scene 和Let’s talk 中的对话。
难点:了解动词的过去式和一般过去时态的简单用法,表示过去发生的动作和存在的状态,并加以简单运用。 教学准备:
录音机、磁带、单词卡片、学生调查表、学生自制单词卡片 教学设计:
一、Warming up & Revision Let’s read and chant
What did you do yesterday? I went to see my grandparents. What do you often do in the morning? I often wash my face. What are you doing now? I am reading a book. What will you do tomorrow? I am reading a book. What will you do tomorrow? I will have a rest. 二、Presentation & Practice Step1、Main scene 的学习
1、出示Main scene 部分的教学图片,让学生观察。老师提出问题:
Who are they? What’s in the picture? What are they talking about? 2、学生仔细观察图片,展开合理想象并利用句型回答问题: Who are they? They are...

They are talking about their last weekend. 3、教师引导学生将讨论的结果展示交流。 4、听录音,模仿朗读,理解对话内容。
5、指名朗读对话,并翻译主要句子的中文意思,掌握单词、句子读法。 6、教师领读对话,学生模仿、齐读练习、生生对话、小组展示。
Step 2、 Let’s try & Let’s talk的学习
1、播放Let’s try 中的录音,给出学生题目中的情景,指导学生完成Let’s try 中的听力选择。
2、听Let’s talk中的对话,判断正(T)误(F)。 ( )Grandpa’s weekend was good.
( )Grandpa cleaned the room and washed clothes on weekends.
( )Mike is not a good boy.
3、读Let’s talk 部分的对话,回答下列问题。
What did grandpa do on weekends? What did Mike do on weekends? How was grandpa’s weekend?
4、播放录音,让学生跟读、模仿,训练发音。 教师提炼对话中的重点知识,让学生通过编对话的形式加以操练,进而表演,教师给以指导,即完成探究学习第3题中的内容。

三、Consolidation & Extension
Step1:谈论自己和朋友的上周末生活。 1、展示一些重要的动词词组加以学习。

2、指导学生运用一些重点句型,加以动词过去式的形式,操练做学句型。

What did he/she do? He/She did.. What did they do? They did...

1、通过John and Amy 的对话,学习核心句型:Was it interesting? Whatdid you do last weekend?Did you see a film? No,I had a cold. 让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。
2、能够听、说、读、写并在情景中恰当运用以下句型:Was it interesting? Whatdid you do last weekend?Did you see a film? No,I had a cold. 能够在语境中理解新单词magazine,better, faster 的意思,并能正确发音。
能力目标:能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能进行角色表演。 情感目标:
1、敢于开口,乐于与他人交流,在表达中不怕出错误。 2、培养学生合理安排周末活动的意识。 教学重难点
重点:能够表演Let’s talk 中的对话。

2、教师组织学生分为3—4人一小组,尝试着猜想一下他们在讨论什么,进而对课文和本单元将要讨论的话题有一个初步的认识。

1、给出学生任务:小组内朗读、表演本部分的对话,增加成员,并运用下列重点句子,改编为一个新的对话。
