木屑机使用说明中英文对照

1.概述：

鼓式削片机是生产木片的专用工具，广泛应用于刨花板、纤维板、造纸厂和发电厂等工业生产中的备料工段及木片生产厂,小型鼓式削片机还是工厂实验室制备原料的最佳设备。

鼓式削片机的切削原料主要是小直径木材采伐剩余物（枝丫，枝条）和木材原材加工剩余物（板皮、板条。圆木芯、废单板等），也可以来切削非原木原料（如甘蔗、芦苇、毛竹等），大直径木材，MX215型不大于200mm,MX218型不大于280mm. MX系列鼓式削片机结构紧凑合理、操作简单、生产能力强、原料适应性广、切削木片质量高，安全可靠，维修方便，是目前国内外比较先进的一种削片机。 1.Oultline:

2.机器的安装与进出料系统 ? 安装

? 鼓式削片机主机可以安装在混凝土或钢制支撑结构的基础上，用地窖螺栓固

定或焊接在预埋铁上，为了打开罩盖更换飞刀和装拆底刀座，必须按“安装基础示意图”中所提供饿尺寸，保证有足够的空间位置； ? a、在安装三角带前，要适当缩短皮带轮间距，以便于装三角带，不允许用 铁

棒等进行强制安装，以免损坏三角带;

? 上、下喂料机构

喂料辊直径较大，重量轻重其表面带有粗齿，从而能压紧原料，使之均衡的速度进入切削位置，包装削片的长度和质量，上下喂料辊齿相互错开，使碎削得到清理。

上喂料辊通过锁紧装置与轴紧固，轴有球面滚子轴承支撑，轴承I做固定在上

喂料辊座上，上喂料辊通过摆轴装在机座上，并能绕轴上下摆动，从而保证它能自动适应进料速度。

液压缓冲系统由电动油泵、油缸、单向节流阀、蓄能器、截止阀及其他油路原件组成。

油泵供油缸，可使摆架升起，结合蓄能器起到缓冲升降平稳作用。
