实验一假复层纤毛柱状上皮

光镜下可见上皮细胞细胞核染蓝紫色高矮不一，排列成2到3层，上皮细胞的游离面有纤毛，柱状细胞间有杯状细胞。Light microscopy showed epithelial cell nuclei blue purple tall or short, arranged in 2 to 3 layers, the epithelial cells of the free surface of ciliated columnar cells, a goblet cells.

骨单位由中央管和骨单位骨板构成，骨板间的骨陷窝内含骨细胞，其细胞核小，染色深。

心肌纤维呈不规则的短圆柱状，有分支，互相连接成网，闰盘染色深，多数心肌纤维有一个核，少数有双核，核呈卵圆形，位于细胞中央

Myocardial fibers were irregular short cylindrical,branching,interconnected to form a network,intercalated disc staining deep,the majority of myocardial fiber has a core,a few binucleated,nuclei were oval,located at the cell center.
