(3)工艺参数计算

设计内容 设计说明及计算过程 1.选择刀具 选择直径为12mm和5mm的高速立铣刀,查表得齿数Z=4。 2.选择切削用量 1) 决定铣削宽度a 由于加工余量不大,可在两次走刀内完成,则a=h=2mm 2) 选择每齿进给量fz 查表得每齿进给量fz=0.12---0.2mm/z,现取fz=0.2mm/z 3) 选择铣刀磨钝标准及寿命 查表得铣刀刀齿后刀面最大磨损量为0.2mm,刀具寿命T=60min 4) 决定切削速度Vc 查表得Vc=20m/min 5) 主轴转速N n=1000Vc/πd=1000×20/3.14×12=660r/min 其中Vc为切削速度,π是圆周率,d为刀具直径 6) 进给速度F F1=fz进给速度F=f×z×n=0.2×4×660=528mm/min 其中f为进给量,z为齿数,n为主轴转速 备注 工艺参数计算 主轴转速及进给速度计算
