OSCE考核在急诊科、ICU护士临床实践技能培训中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探索OSCE考核在急诊科、ICU护士临床实践技能培训中的临床应用。方法 选取该院60名在岗护理人员,培训时间均集中在2015年4月—2016年4月期间,并将此次研究对象动态随机分为两组,每组30名护理人员,对照组采用传统教学方式,观察组采用OSCE考核方式。 结果 观察组和对照组两组护理人员,对比护理评估评分、病例分析评分、专科护理技能操作评分、监护技能操作评分、团队抢救协作能力评分、健康教育评分均存在差异性(P

ICU和急诊科均属于较为特殊的医疗环境,其收治的患者均为危重症患者,同时是院内护患纠纷发生率较高的科室,近年来,随着时代的进步,人们对急诊科和ICU护理人员提出更高专业要求,对此一项良好有效的管理模式在急诊科和重症监护室中意义重大。目前,有多项研究针对OSCE考核方式进行探索,发现其培训方式可调动ICU和急诊科护理人员的积极性和主动性[1]。该文旨在探索OSCE考核在急诊科、ICU护士临床实践技能培训中的临床意义,具体的内容报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料
