CLIENT MANAGER

OVERVIEW The Client Manager role is responsible for organising and managing client assignments and projects including the completion of assignment tasks and project components as well as consulting, coaching and advising clients in respect of the ?Business Development? program materials. RESPONSIBLE TO SALARY RANGE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES ? Project manages one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project ? Identifies client?s needs / opportunities in order to sell/cross-sell products or services ? Establishes work schedule through effective use of project management techniques ? Drafts client reports ? Develops deeper knowledge and skills in technical field ? Starts to develop a specialisation Business Development Manager $40,000 - $50,000 per annum ? Manages the implementation of solutions for clients KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS ? Meet assignment objectives (timeframes, budgets, outcomes) ? Client satisfaction ? Cross-sales opportunities QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES ? Strong technical knowledge and skills ? Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills ? Strong project management skills ? Team player with a positive ?can do? approach ? Creative problem solving ability ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Experience in delivery of quality client service ? Ability to co-ordinate and multiple client projects ? Ability to develop effective relationships with clients and fellow team members ?
