1. 目的Purpose

为管道预制厂的预热、热处理及热矫直提供工作依据。

The procedure is prepared to provide the working basis for the preheating, heat treatment and thermal straightening in Piping Prefabrication Factory.

2. 范围Scope

本程序描述了管道预制厂管道预制厂预热、热处理和热矫直工作的先决条件和具体的工作要求。

The procedure describes the prerequisites and detailed work requirements of preheating, heat treatment and thermal straightening of piping fabrication in the piping prefabrication factory.

3. 适用范围Extent of Application 3.1焊接接头的焊前预热;

Pre-welding preheating for welding joints 3.2焊接接头的消除应力热处理; Stress-relief heat treatment for welding joint 3.3不对中管的热矫直;

Thermal straightening for non-centering pipe 3.4弯管热处理(碳钢和低合金钢)。

Pipe Bending heat treatment (carbon steel and low alloy steel)

5. 定义Definition 5.1 预热 Preheating

焊接开始前,对焊件的全部或局部进行加热的一种焊接热处理工艺。

It is a kind of welding heat treatment process to implement the heating for the local/ integral weldment before welding.

5.2焊后热处理Post-welding heat treatment

焊接工作完成后,将焊件加热到一定温度,保温一定时间,使焊件缓慢的冷却下来,以改善焊接接头的金相组织和性能或消除残余应力的一种焊接热处理工艺。

It is a kind of welding heat treatment process to heat the weldment to a certain temperature and keep a certain time after the welding, then gradually cool down, in order to improve the metallurgical structure and performance of welding joint or eliminate residual stress. 5.3 热矫直Heat Straightening

通过加热使挠曲的板料、型材和管料变为平直状态的塑性加工方法。

It is a kind of plasticity processing method to make the bent plate material, profile material and pipe material to be flat through heating. 5.4弯管热处理Pipe bending heat treatment

管道弯曲后按一定热处理工艺进行局部或整管的热处理。

It is the local/integral heat treatment for the pipe in accordance with a certain heat treatment process after bending the pipe.

6. 先决条件Prerequisites 6.1确保上道工序已经完成。

Make sure the previous process had been completed.

6.2热处理操作人员须经过培训并考核合格;

Heat treatment operator shall be trained and evaluated as qualified.

6.3热处理过程中所使用的设备、仪器和仪表须经定期校验合格,且在有效期内;

Equipments, apparatus and instruments used in heat treatment shall be periodically calibrated as qualified and within the period of validity.

6.4保温材料应能耐高温,且干燥、无油漆、油污等有害物质;电源导线及补偿导线符合安全标准及技术要求;

Insulation materials shall be able to bear high temperature, and be dry without painting, grease and other harmful substances; power source conductor and compensation conductor shall meet safety standard and technical requirements.

6.5热处理参数已明确,且有适用的ITP、热处理工艺规程、技术规格书;

Heat treatment parameter had been defined and with applicable ITP, heat treatment process regulations and technical specification.

6.6热处理环避免风、雨等直接侵袭,应考虑到热处理和周边环境及其他工种的相互的影响。

Heat treatment environment shall avoid the direct attack by wind or rain, and the mutual impact with the peripheral environment and other types of works shall be taken into consideration.

7. 工作流程Workflow
