摘要

快递服务受到人们欢迎的同时也产生了一系列的问题，而快递服务质量作为主要问题对我国快递企业的长久发展有着严重影响。

通过分析国内快递企业服务质量目前状况以及存在的问题,针对我国的快递服务自身特点，依据服务质量方面的基本理论，建立一套具有针对性的服务质量评价指标。通过对企业进行指标评价，发现问题所在，加强对自身的约束以及提高。企业可通过评判结果针对自身的情况加以改进对于企业的长远发展具有深远意义。

Abstract

Express delivery was welcomed by the people. At the same time it also produced a series of problems. The most important factors is the quality of the service which has a serious impact on the development of express delivery companies.

By analyzing the current situation of the express delivery companies and some problem found. We set up a set of evaluation indicators for this problem which based on the theory of service quality. We evaluate the enterprise with the evaluation indicators, then we can find many problem. So the enterprises can shortcomings and improve themselves. It is good for the industry for developing.
