110(66)kV~500kV架空输电线路技术标准
1总则 1.1目的
为适应电网的发展要求,加强架空输电线路技术管理,保证输电线路的安全可靠运行,特制定本技术标准。 1.2依据
本标准是依据国家、行业和国际有关标准、规程和规范,并结合近年来国家电网公司输变电设备评估分析、生产运行情况分析以及设备现场运行经验制定。 1.3内容
本标准对架空输电线路的设计选型(运行选用)、订货、监造、出厂验收、包装运输、现场安装和现场验收等环节提出了具体的技术要求。 1.4适用范围
本标准适用于国家电网公司系统的110(66)kV?500kV交流架空输电线路。35kV交流架空输电线路和±500kV直流架空输电线路可参照执行。 2本标准适用的环境条件
2.1 本标准适用于I~IX级典型气象区和0~IV级污秽区的架空输电线路(以下简称“线路”),具体典型气象区和污秽分级标准参见附录A、B。 2.2 本标准适用于海拔高度不超过1000m地区的线路。
2.3 线路的设计应综合考虑气象、地形地貌、地质、环保、施工、运行、交通条件、综合造价等因素,做到安全可靠、经济合理、适当先进。
2.4 线路应尽量避开人口密集区、林区、不良地质地带、采矿(石)区、重冰区、重污秽区以及严重影响安全运行的其他地区,并应考虑线路路径与邻近公共设施,如通讯设施、机场、弱电线路、铁路、公路、航道等的相互影响。 3线路主要特征及设备分类 3.1主要特征
