企业价值观对员工行为影响分析

摘 要

当今社会是知识经济的社会，人力资源显得尤其宝贵，在各大企业的员工需要得到企业正确价值观的引导。本文将从企业价值观的概念入手，详细说明对企业价值观的理论背景和现实背景，现实意义和理论意义，接着综述了目前国内外有关于企业价值观的思想起源、内涵、维度与测量以及结果变量四个方面的研究结果。然后用调查的方法研究企业价值观对员工行为影响，然后通过案例说明正确的价值观产生的正面影响的相关结论以及如何树立正确的企业价值观的对策，又通过案例说明错误的价值观产生的负面影响的相关结论以及如何避免错误的企业价值观的对策，最终得出结论：企业价值观的重要性以及其对员工行为产生的的巨大影响。

The Analysis of Corporate Values Effect Employee Behavior

Abstract

Modern society is a society of knowledge economy, human resources is

particularly valuable to guide employees in major companies need to get the right corporate values. This article from the concept of corporate values, a detailed description of the theoretical background and practical background of corporate values, realistic and theoretical significance, then reviews the current thinking about the origin of domestic and foreign corporate values, content, dimensions and measurement as well as four outcome variables the results aspect.Then on employee behavior influence the method of Enterprise Values Survey, and then explain the relevant conclusions the positive impact of the correct values to produce and how to establish the correct corporate values of countermeasures by the case, but also through case illustrates the negative impact of wrong values generated by the related Conclusion and how to avoid mistakes corporate values of countermeasures, concluded: Corporate Values and the great importance of their impact on employee behavior generated.
