Installation of the programme is fully automatic but during installation the system is configured on the basis of the communications network used, and thus it is necessary to know what fieldbus to select (see point 9 of paragraph 1.2.1).程序安装是充分自动化的，系统和通信网络匹配，不过要知道如何选择现场总线-FIELDBUS。（阅读章节1.2.1的第9点）

Installation of WMS Software焊接管理系统安装

1) Insert the disk with the WMS Software in the corresponding drive (for example, Drive A;

the software is available for supplying on CD-ROM).—在有关驱动上插入装有WMS系统的硬盘。（譬如：驱动A，装有软件的CD） 2) Open the Windows? Main Menu (Explorer or Resource Manager) and access the floppy

5) You will be asked to type in the name of the company to which the software is

registered.

6) The next step comprises defining the sub- directory for the WMS Software. You

should normally choose the proposed directory: “WMS”.

WMS is compatible with the following types of serial interface: Profibus-FMS, Ethernet Tcp/Ip, WMSNet and SPP (type (GF WELDING proprietary networks).—WMS系统和以下的通信网络相兼容：Profibus-FMS, Ethernet，Tcp/Ip, WMSNet and SPP 。

To install the programme correctly you must select one of the fieldbuses that are available in the configuration window (see figure above).为了正确安装程序，要在FIELDBUSES中选择一个，其可以在配置窗口中使用。

This option does not require an interface card and allows connection to one device, using the GF WELDING cod.32102117 adaptor cable, via the connector of the programming terminal HHT4300.使用GF焊接公司的

By default the driver uses the computer?s serial port COM1.通过默认，驱动使用电脑串行接口COM1。 If this port is already being used by a device (mouse), the interface cable must be connected to the serial port COM2; 如果COM1接口已经被设备元件占用（如鼠标），接口线必须和接口COM2相连。in this case edit file SPP.ini located in the WMS folder, by replacing the value 1 with the value 2 at item CommPort. This option requires an Ethernet type 10BaseT interface card, plus this communication protocol Tcp/Ip, to be installed on the PC.—这个选项要求在电脑上安装一个具有通信协议功能的10 BaseT网卡。

Once installation of WMS is completed the addresses of all devices

connected to the network must be recorded manually, modifying the file WMSTcpIp.ini respecting the syntax of the line indicated as default (see example below).一旦WMS安装完毕，必须记录连接网络的所有设备地址，遵照默认的线路句法修改文档WMSTcpIp.ini。

The code identifying the connection DevAdXXX is arbitrary. 连接设备地址的验证码可以任意设定。

The driver can support 127 welding controls. 驱动可以支持127个焊接控制器

To configure the addresses to be assigned to the devices, consult the welding control programming manual. 根据焊接控制器编程手册，给设备配备地址码。

Select the driver desired and confirm by clicking on “Next”。选择需要的驱动，点击‘NEXT’确认。

11) We recommend you close the Windows? session and restart the system after

This parameter enables the WMS screen and the ICONS to be moved. The parameter is thus set to 1.这个参数激活WMS屏幕，可以移动图表。这个参数设定为1

Setting the parameter to 1 blocks access to other programmes. Thus with WMS open it is impossible to run other programmes.设置这个参数为1，防止进入其它程序。当WMS系统打开时，是无法运行其它程序的。

With Parameter 1 you leave Windows automatically when you close WMS.设置为1，当关闭WMS时，可以离开WINDOWS窗
