面对我国经济近年来的快速发展,机械制造工业的壮大,在国民经济中占重要地位的制造业领域得以健康快速的发展。制造装备的改进,使得作为工业重要设备的各类机械工艺装备也有了许多新的变化,尤其是振动机械产品,其在今天机械产品的地位越来越重要。
在原普通水平输送机的基础上,经过市场与现场调研,应用非线性振动理论,微弯等截面梁的弯曲振动理论、最优化理论、近共振理论急CAD技术,研制出振动机械新产品。该产品与国内外同类产品相比具有重量轻、体积小、节能、低噪声、高效的特点,是一个极具有发展前景、推广及应用价值高的高新技术产品。本文从零件的分析,工艺规格设计,夹具的设计三个方面,阐述了直线振动输送机设计与制造的全过程。尤其在工艺规程设计中,我们运用了大量的科学的加工理论及计算公式,选择了基面,制定了工艺路线确定了机械加工余量、工序尺寸和毛坯尺寸,最后确定了切削用量及基本工时。
关译后直到最后通过。接入PLC通信口后,将所编程序进行调试。直到调试结果出现正常的结果 。我在调试中出现了几个问题:
1.在调试程序前试前,忘记对PLC进行复位,这样虽然编写的程序正确,但按下控制按钮,也不能达到控制要求.在调试程序前应先对PLC进行复位操作,然后在进行程序调试.
2.在同一个网络中输出端的个数过多,虽然在计算机上程序通过,在装如PLC 后,按下控制按钮,不能正常运行,这是由于在PLC在顺序扫描的过程中,由于输出端的个数多,而不能扫描上去.修改程序,减少同一个网络中输出端的个数,再进行调试.
3.主机的CPU应当与PLC的CPU相符,应选择适当的CPU对程序进行调试,否则写出的程序无法装如PLC进行调试
4.在计算机上编程通过后,程序无法下载,经过认真检查后,发现内存没有初始化,对内存进行清理后,下载程序进行调试。
