内容摘要

随着数控设备在制造业中的广泛使用，所创造出的效益大幅度提升，同时巨大的经济效益使得数控设备愈发的重要关键。制造业飞速的发展，工厂越来越多，也越来越大，这就出现了一个普遍的存在现象——那就是数控设备的搬迁。而对于数控机床这种具有着高精度要求的的设备来说那就不是拆装问题，更为重要的就是在机床在新的地点重新安装结束之后，精度的恢复，也就是数控设备的调试，这就显得尤为重要了。

安装与调试是一个漫长而艰难的过程，这就要求服务人员对于所服务的数控设备要有这足够的认知，了解掌握所服务的数控设备的结构和精度要求。从而才能很好的对所服务的数控设备进行有效的搬迁。

本论文通过介绍TK6816型数卧式铣镗床搬迁，来解读数控设备的安装与调试的具体的方法方式。

Which can be very good for the service of nc equipment effectively.

1.1TK6816型数卧式铣镗床的组成

如图所示：此图为TK6816型数卧式铣镗床的整体外观图，此设备主要有床身，立柱，主轴箱，工作台，排屑器，等部分组成。

床身: TK6816型数卧式铣镗床共有X轴，Z轴两个部分的床身，床身与地基接触，承载着整个机床的重量，它的平稳性决定着整个机床的平稳性。如下图所示：
